Making your own pesto is super easy and healthy, and in Switzerland we find wild garlic so easily!
Soak the sun-dried tomatoes into boiling water so they get tender.
Meanwhile, thoroughly wash the wild garlic.
Drain the tomatoes and transfer to a blender with the wild garlic, walnuts and olive oil.
Blend and adjust the texture with olive oil if necessary.
Transfer to a jar and store in the fridge!
