“Why go vegan if you’re going to eat meat and dairy copycats?”
I can still hear this today a lot. If those remarks come back often it means those who tell them need explanations, so below are a few answers:
- For the planet. Look at the carbon footprint of the dairy industry and you’ll understand.
- For animals. Just look at slaughterhouses…
- Because transitioning to a plant-based diet might result in cravings. It’s a process for many of us.
- Because EVERYTHING you’re eating is the result of discoveries and research. Emulsifying, combining, creating! Why wouldn’t we do the same with plant-based products?
