A surprising recipe for amazing inari sushis!
Chop the celery and pepper in small pieces.
In a pan, cover with water, bring to the boil and cook for about 10 minutes, until tender.
Add the coconut blossom sugar, stir until it thickens and gets a golden colour.
Add the soy sauce, stir well, leave to cool down and use sushi (see recipe for rice) !
