Finely chop the garlic and onion, and chop the plant-based meat or tofu if necessary.
In a large pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion for 2 minutes.
When it gets transparent, add the garlic and “meat” and grill for about 5 minutes.
Add tomato purée and spices and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
