βοΈ It’s nutritionally interesting as it is a source of plant-based proteins and nutrients (calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, phosphor, sulfur and zinc), and even B12 (it’s not gluten-free though).
π©π½βπ³ It will bring a cheesy taste to your dishes and I’m now adding it to my sauces, dips, hummus, and even as a parmesan substitute.
