These pita breads are super easy to make and so soft! Before you stuff them, open them and grill for 1mn for a crispy skin!
Dissolve the yeast in the water.
In a bowl, sieve the flour (200g). Add salt and sugar. Stir well and shape as a wells.
Gradually add the water-yeast mix, stirring well with a spatula, and the oil.
Stir (using your fingers will make it easier) then knead for 5 minutes, until you get a smooth ball dough.
Cover the ball and leave to grow for at least an hour.
Divide the dough into 4 balls.
Throw the extra 20g flour to the work surface, then press each dough so they are as flat as pancakes, leave to rest for 10 minutes, then brush with olive oil.
Heat a pan and cook each pita bread for 6-8mn, flipping them after 3-4mn.
