Chick peas, tahini and my plant-based mayonnaise (see recipe)!
Cook chick peas for ten minutes, and the pasta following instructions.
Drain the chick peas in cold water and blend in a food processor along with the tahini, veganaise, onion and salt.
Drain the pasta using cold water until they’re chilled. Stir in the chick pea mix and serve immediately or transfer to fridge.
