Veganised scones? Couldn’t be easier!
Take the plant-based butter out of the fridge, and in a small bowl, soften with a fork.
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Add the butter and combine with your fingers, pouring in oat milk gradually.
Roll so get a 2-centimetre thick dough, and cut out circles using a floured glass or table spoon.
Bake for 15-20mn at 220°C, leave to call down, and enjoy!
