Although quite unknown, lupini beans are a sustainable, locally grown cashew alternative, and they bring protein and a naturally cheesy taste!
In a blender, process the lupini beans, yoghurt, olive oil, fire cider, nutritional yeast, onion, garlic and salt.
In a pan, boil the water with agar agar, stirring constantly, for 1 minute, then combine with the lupini mixture, blending until you get a smooth cream.
Pour in a sealed container, leave to cool down and transfer to fridge for at least 2 hour. Cautiously unmold and enjoy!
