I’m not pretending I have THE answer, but as far as I’m concerned I’ve decided to stop buying chia seeds, that are expensive and easily replaceable.
1️⃣ Nutritionally, be aware that poppy seeds contain more Vitamin B1 and Potassium.
2️⃣ For cooking purposes, chia seeds powder combined to water is an amazing substitute to egg whites. Flax seeds are much cheaper but have the exact same properties!
