Chop squash and onions into wedges and toss in olive oil with salt and pepper. Lay on parchment paper on your baking tray and bake for 40mn.
Meanwhile prep the sauce: mix tahini, crushed garlic, lemon juice and water.
When the veggies are ready, serve covered in sauce and sprinkle pumpkin seeds and za’atar.
