Boil the cashews for 30 minutes.
Drain and blend with the milk, water, lemon juice, coconut oil, nutritional yeast, garlic, salt, onion and corn starch.
Thicken on medium heat, whisking non-stop for a few minutes.
Lay some wrap in a jar, pour in the mix, leave to cool down and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
