This alternative to mozzarella is perfect for a melting result. It consists of an adjustment to my already famous white sauce, thickened over medium heat. It will look and taste fabulous on pizza! The below quantities will garnish 2 pizzas!
Boil the cashew nuts for 5 minutes.
Drain and add cashews and water to a food processor, and blend until smooth.
Add the other ingredients and blend again.
Cook for 5mn over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until evenly thickened.
