Satay sauce is a South-East Asian condiment consisting of peanuts, lime and chili.
Use it to marinate my roast veef and serve on skewers, street food style!
Finely chop a small piece of ginger (about 1.5inch) and the garlic.
Transfer to a blender along with the peanut purée, lime juice, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, hot sauce and coriander.
Add water gradually until you’re satisfied with the texture!
Au blender, mixez-les avec la pâte d’arachide, le jus du citron vert, la sauce soja, la vinaigre de riz, l’huile de sésame, le sucre, la sauce pimentée et la coriandre.
Ajoutez l’eau progressivement jusqu’à la consistance souhaitée !
