👯♂️ I’ve started this project following requests from my friends and guests willing to replicate my easy and plant-based recipes.
👶 Since a very early age I’ve refused to eat meat and was seeing the carnivore diet as cannibalism. I’ve learnt to be curious, experimenting with spices and herbs. Bringing taste and texture using plant-based products has always been natural. Today both planet Earth and our health need this more than ever!
