Goji berries have the reputation to have amazing properties.
They allegedly reduce risks of cancer and are naturally anti-inflammatory.
However there is no tangible evidence that this is true. What could be confirmed though is that they have a high density of antioxydants. But…
1️⃣ Fresh blackberries contain the same levels of antioxydants and they can be hand-picked all Summer here!
2️⃣ For scientists to be able to fact-check the positive impact they may have, you’d have to eat humonguous quantities!
My advice is simple: eat all types of berries, be they dried, fresh, frozen… and think seasonal and local!
