Sterilise your jar (boil it for an hour).
Meanwhile peel off and chop the pumpkin into dices.
Bring all ingredients to the boil, reduce to low heat and simmer for 45mn, stirring regularly. The water must not evaporate completely.
Blend the whole mixture, pour into your jar, close immediately and leave to cool down. Keep in fridge for 2 weeks.
