Cheese fondue is such a comforting dish!
Nothing can go wrong with this veganised version. Its secrets? Miso bouillon, nutritional yeast and rice flour, giving the perfect taste and texture!
Boil the water and dissolve the miso. Set aside.
In a pan, heat the olive oil.
Add the flour and stir with a wood spatula to avoid lumps.
Pour in the milk and miso bouillon and stir well, on low heat.
Add the nutritional yeast, onion, garlic and white wine.
Pulse with a hand blender and salt to taste.
Serve immediately with pieces of bread.
