Once you’ve tasted this hummus you won’t get any from the store again!
Cook the chick peas for about 10 minutes. Drain and keep the cooking water aside.
Using a hand processor, blend the chickpeas with the garlic, lemon juice, tahini and nutritional yeast, adding olive oil and a bit of cooking water until it gets smoother.
Add cumin, salt and chopped wild garlic. You can blend again for a greener colour.
