Boil the cashew, carrot and brocoli for 15mn. Set the broccoli aside.
Cook the pasta following instructions.
Meanwhile, prep the sauce. In a food processor, blend the drained cashews, carrot, nutritional yeast, miso paste, mustard, apple vinegar, margarine, salt, onion and nutmeg with water.
Once the pasta is ready, drain and return to the pan with the sauce. Add the brocoli fleurets and cook for 5mn while stirring.
