Paneer is a traditional cheese used in India to give texture to vegetarian dishes.
This plant-based alternative works great!
Preheat the oven to 220°C.
Meanwhile prep the vegan paneer cubes: drain then cube the tofu.
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, nutritional yeast and curry.
Throw in the tofu dices and gently toss.
Heat the sunflower oil in the saucepan and throw in the cubes. Sauté for 3mn so they get crispy edges.
Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 10-15mn. The longer they are in the oven, the drier, so it depends on your taste and how watery the tofu was! Taste after 10mn to know!
