Corn flour, water, Flora salted butter and my vegan parmesan, and you have a Winter comfort dish!
Bring water and salt to the boil, pour in the corn flour, stirring constantly until all lumps are gone.
Reduce to low heat and simmer while stirring for 5 minutes until it thickens. Cover and cook for 30 minutes, stirring every 5 5 minutes.
Add the nutritional yeast, stir well and add salt to taste.
Serve with salted butter (discover Flora Plant) and sprinkle with my pumpkin seed parmesan!
