Prepare the broth.
In a bowl, mix the gluten, chick pea flour, nutritional yeast, garlic, soy sauce , red wine and 10cl broth.
Knead until you get a dough ball, cut into pieces and simmer on low heat for 45 minutes.
Leave to cool down, store in a sealed container and leave to rest for 24 hours before using.
