A recipe inspired by Moroccan carrots, simplified for your express meals!
Finely chop the onion and slice the carrots.
In a pan, sauté the onion for about 5 minutes on medium heat.
Add coriander, cumin and parika, stir well, then add the carrots. Add a bit of water if necessary, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Pour in the couscous and the same amount of water, stir well, cover again and leave to soak for about five minutes.
Meanwhile, mix tahini, lemon juice, water and salt to make the tarator sauce.
Adjust the seasoning and serve with salad or baby spinach and decorate with tarator sauce and parsley.
