100 ml tahini (sesame purée)

2 càs lemon juice

1 garlic clove

1 càc fleur de sel

1 càs za’atar

¼ càc grounded cayenne pepper

50 ml water

Blend together the tahini, lemon juice, garlic, salt, za’atar and cayenne with a bit of water.

Add the remaining water until you get the perfect texture.
