This oven-baked dish is inspired by the Makaronia me kima, a minced meat based pasta bake, here made with my soy protein bolognese!
Prepare the bolognese, and combine with the chopped tomatoes, minced chili pepper and olives. Set aside.
Cook the pasta one minute shorter than indicated.
Combine the bolognese and pasta in a baking dish, cover with pieces of veta and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
Serve with fresh spinach.
