Thoroughly wash your lettuce and set aside.
To make croutons, cut the bread into cubes and sauté for a few minutes in a bit pf olive oil with the garlic powder. Set aside.
To make the sauce, in a food processor, blend together the garlic cloves, soy cream, nutritional yeast, mustard, fire cider, balsamic vinegar and pepper, and season to salt. Set aside.
Pull your “washed flour” meat in pieces, following the fibre, and sauté for five minutes in a bit of olive oil until golden-brown.
Compose your plates, sprinkling parmesan on top. Bon appétit !
