New curry recipe, super creamy and with fragrances of North India!
Cut the seitan into cubes, and finely chop the shallot, garlic and the same quantity of ginger.
In a large pan, sauté the shallot, garlic and ginger for about 5 minutes on medium heat. Add seitan, peppercorn, cardamom, paprika, cinnamon and cayenne. Grill for a few minutes, then add soy cream.
Simmer for 20-25 minutes on low heat, season to salt and serve with fresh coriander.
