In a pan, melt the Flora Plant butter (find out more), and sauté the onion on medium heat. Once softened add wine. Once evaporated add the cooking soy cream, stir well and allow to thicken on low heat.
Season to salt and pepper and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
Using multi-blade scissors cut your vacon in small strips and add to your Flammekueche. Bon appétit !
