Cut the meat and chili peppers into small pieces, mince the garlic and collect the basil leaves.
Heat the coconut oil and sauté the meat, chili peppers and garlic for 10 minutes on medium heat. Moisten regularly with nuoc mam sauce.
When the meat is ready, add in the basil leaves, stir well and serve immediately.
