Ponzu sauce is a soy sauce with yuzu, the very fragrant Japanese citrus fruit. This super easy recipe is amazing!
Press the block of tofu to get rid of a maximum of water. Cut it into cubes.
Grate the ginger and mix with the ponzu sauce and water. Pour onto the tofu and marinate for 30mn.
In a pan, heat the olive oil and add the tofu pieces without the marinade. When they start getting crispy, flip on the other side. When fully crispy, bring down to medium heat and cook for 5mn.
Add the sauce to the pan and cook for another 5mn or until it is evaporated.
Serve with rice, spinach, sprinkle with sesame… be creative!
