Using my seitan meat (see recipe), these sesame and holy basic meatballs, streetfood style, are always a success!
Blend the seitan and add in starch and flour so you get a thick dough.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Meanwhile, roll your balls by hand and preheat oven to 200°C / 392°F.
When the oil is hot, sear the balls for a minute then toss into sesame.
Bake for 20 minutes, then serve with holy basilic and my vegan nuoc mam sauce (see recipe).
