New dish using my seitan meat (see recipe), with a thousand fragrances!
Cut your seitan into bite-size pieces and grate the carrots.
In a large pan, mix the green curry paste and coconut oil, sauté for 1 minute, then throw in the seitan and grill on medium heat for about 7-8 minutes.
Throw in the grated carrots and spinach, stir well and pour in the coconut milk.
Simmer for 7-8 minutes, stirring regularly, and serve with rice or noodles.
