This tofu recipe is ideal as it will remain firm, even in sauces and soups, like in this butter chicken dish (see recipe) or this ramen bowl (see recipe)!
Preheat oven to 200°C. Press the tofu, then roughly cut in pieces (I cut stripes using a knife, then roughly tear by hand).
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, corn starch, salt and nutritional yeast.
Toss in the tofu bites and lay on parchment paper on a baking tray. Bake for 25 minutes.
