This smokey version of my already famous movarella uses liquid smoke and is perfectly melty!
Boil the cashews for 5 minutes.
Drain and add cashews and water to a food processor, and blend until smooth.
Add the other ingredients and a few sprays of liquid smoke according to taste and blend again.
Cook for 5mn over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until evenly thickened.
For warm dishes, you may use immediately. Otherwise, transfer to fridge for at least 1 hour so it thickens.
