Riz Casimir is a sweet and creamy curry dish that the Swiss love, traditionally made of veal or chicken and numerous fruits.
Chop the onion, slice the apple and prepare the broth and milk mixture.
In a pan, sauté the onion for 3 minutes in the butter, then add in the flour and curry and sauté for another 2 minutes.
Add in the apples, stir well, add the tofu, broth and milk.
Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for about 6 minutes, stirring regularly.
