I’ve always loved Worcester sauce especially in salads as it’s a much healthier option than regular dressings. Unfortunately it isn’t always easy to find one without fish, so I made my own version sauce, super easy and in 3-steps only!

300 ml apple vinegar
100 ml soy sauce (tamari for gluten-free)
20 ml brown sugar
1 càc ground ginger
1 càc mustard
1 càc onion powder
½ càc garlic powder
½ càc cinnamon
½ càc ground pepper
Place all the ingredients in a medium saucepan and stir well.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer and cook for about 20mn.
Pass the mixture through a sieve, leave to cool down and store in the fridge!
