Nothing easier and faster than a flammekueche dough! Here with my vegan crème fraîche (see recipe), sundried tomatoes, baby spinach, salicornia and pumpkin seeds!
Mix the flour and salt, shape a wells and pour in the oil and lukewarm water.
Knead until you get a homogenous dough ball.
Spread it using a rolling pin and bake for 15mn (220°C) on oiled parchment paper.
