I’m making planted patties very often and change the ingredients a lot (lentils, chick peas, beans…) but I’m always adding spices and protein powder from Alver World.
Cook lentils following instructions and drain well.
In a bowl, crush them with a fork and mix with chick pea flour, tomato purée, cumin and protein powder.
Shape 2 patties and cover in flour.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and cook your patties on medium heat about 5mn on each side.
